This year the Libraries, Archives & Museums received two Denali Peak Awards: The Talking Book Center Team (Beverly Griffin, Stephanie Schott, Catherine Remme) won for Team Customer Service Excellence & Scott Carrlee received an honorable mention for Individual Customer Service Excellence.
